Mulvesta purchases the former Miranda Paviljoen on the Amstel.

Mulvesta has acquired the former Miranda Paviljoen. The property is located on the Amsteldijk in Amsterdam

The building has an area of approximately 1,700 m2 – on its own grounds – and has the designation “Horeca IV” (Hospitality IV). The property was operated as the Miranda Paviljoen for 129 years.

On 1 November 2016, a ten-year triple-net lease agreement for the building was signed with Amstel Boathouse B.V. The company will renovate the property and operate it as a brasserie, restaurant and event location.
