Mulvesta Logistics acquires approximately 7.000m² of commercial space through an SLB construction
Mulvesta Logistics has acquired a commercial space with an adjoining office and a large outdoor area in the industrial park ‘De Kempen’. The property was sold through a sale-leaseback construction and has been leased back to the seller on a ‘triple net’ basis for five years. The property features a vast outdoor area, and Mulvesta does not rule out the possibility of expanding it in the future.
