Mulvesta purchases offices with industrial unit in Amsterdam-Noord
Mulvesta has purchased around 1,500 m2 of office space and around 1,200 m2 of industrial space on the TT Vasumweg in Amsterdam-Noord.
Most of the property has been leased for around €180,000 per year. The purchase came about following an approach by the former owner.
