Mulvesta purchases residential portfolio in Rotterdam
Mulvesta has purchased a total of seven complete buildings, consisting of both retail and residential properties.
We have purchased four complete buildings on Nieuwe Binnenweg, Schiedamseweg and Tollenstraat. The properties consist of shops and homes, and most will be handed over in a vacant state. The vacant units require renovation.
The portfolio also includes two properties on Noordmolenstraat, consisting of retail units on the ground floor with apartments above. The apartments and one shop have been leased. The remaining retail space is currently to let.
A complete building consisting of two social housing apartments on Paradijslaan has also been purchased.
